David Deigan, President & CEO

David is the founder of AFMInc and serves as President and CEO. He embraces and encourages his team in a relentless pursuit of improvement. David combines more than 30 years of hands-on involvement in web-based manufacturing processes including film extrusion, printing, coating, vacuum metallizing, laminating, and converting. His career path in web-fed materials, and, in particular, his direct experience in manufacturing and selling passive energy control to the aerospace and window-insulating film industries, have fueled AFMInc's growth in the 21st century.

David ran his first competitive foot race in 1955 and devoted many years to coaching in the sport, which continues to be one of his passions. He is one of the co-founders of the San Francisco Road Runners Club, is on the Board of Advisors of the San Francisco Marathon, recently completed his third term on the Board of Running USA, and serves on the Board of Advisors of Just Run - San Francisco, a program committed to providing fitness programs to at-risk kids in his home city.

The former USAF Captain is a Vietnam veteran who served as a logistics officer, a missile crew commander/instructor, and plans and intelligence officer during his nearly nine years of active duty. He earned a Bronze Star and two Air Force Commendation Medals for his service to his country. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has completed numerous post-graduate courses in general management, organizational leadership, product management, and marketing.

Stephanie Deigan, President, Heatsheets® Event Products

After a two-year hiatus, Stephanie rejoined AFMInc as President, Heatsheets Event Products in August of 2011. She is one of AFMInc’s two principal owners and was previously with AFMInc from 1996 – 2009. During her tenure, Stephanie has strengthened the company through her emphasis on advance planning, careful implementation, and rigorous attention to detail. Her impact has been far-reaching. It has had a particularly pronounced and positive effect on the strong and sustained growth of our Event Products division, where AFMInc’s Heatsheets brand is the dominant market leader. Stephanie has a passion for defining customer needs and shaping our programs to support them. Part of her focus will be on expanding our Blankets to Boards™ recycling program, in partnership with the Trex Company.

Stephanie is a graduate of Lafayette College were she earned a BA in Economics & Business, and minored in Spanish. She literally “grew up” in the business her father founded, helping him produce the company’s first order on the family ping-pong table in the garage. She volunteered at the finish line of the New York City Marathon during her high school and college years, wrapping runners with printed Heatsheets finish line blankets. She has been an "official" employee of AFMInc for more than 13 years and an owner and officer of the company for about 75% of that time.

Wil Turner, Director of Business Operations

Wil joined AFMInc after nearly five years in the garment industry, during which time he built and led a regional quality control and sourcing office in Shanghai, China. With production experience throughout Asia and a history of delivering to large US clients including Wal-Mart, Target, and Macy’s, Wil brings to AFMInc a solid grasp of the challenges of production and a constant search for process improvement.

Haritha Madadi, Staff Accountant/Purchasing Agent & Logistics Coordinator

Haritha Madadi is a multi-disciplined whiz. Since 2008 she has managed AFMInc’s accounting needs by drawing on her considerable experience and expertise in accounts payables and receivables, fixed asset management, and sales tax and financial reporting as a staff accountant at Workrite Ergonomics. Haritha holds two Bachelor of Science degrees: Business Administration, Finance, from University of North Texas, and Accounting from Osmania University (India).

Haritha shoulders AFMInc logistics and purchasing responsibilities, ensuring that we deliver on time and at price. Haritha is the proud mother of two young daughters.
