Reflective Insulating Fabrics AFM’s Silver-Lining™ fabric offers an ultra-lightweight, reflective insulation solution to apparel, outdoor gear, bedding, footwear and hand wear manufacturers in an easy-to-cut-and-sew form. Designers have the choice of either waterproof/windproof, or breathable/wind-resistant. The fabric’s ultra-thin, IR-reflective insulation layer is encapsulated between two protective layers of soft polyolefin film laminated to an ultra-light non-woven polypropylene.
